This is medicine. For safety, use it according to the leaflet included in the package. Do not exceed the maximum dose of the drug. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.Special Warnings / Precautions
The Alcep product contains up to 10% (m/m) ethanol.A single dose for children from 6 years of age (5 ml) contains ethanol in an amount corresponding to up to 6.7 ml of wine with 12% (V/V) alcohol content or up to 16.1 ml of beer with 5% (V/V) alcohol content. A single dose for adults and adolescents (15 ml) contains ethanol in an amount corresponding to up to 20.1 ml of wine with 12% (V/V) alcohol content or up to 48.3 ml of beer with 5% (V/V) alcohol content. The presence of ethanol should be taken into account when used in children and people with liver disease or epilepsy. The product should not be used by people with alcoholism. The product contains sucrose. 5 ml of syrup contains 3.67 g of sucrose, and 15 ml contains 11 g of sucrose. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or the sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency should not take this medicinal product. The use of the product may impair the ability to drive and use machines.Interactions

Pregnancy and lactation
Due to the ethanol content, the product is not recommended for use by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Adverse effects
No cases of side effects have been reported following administration of the syrup. There are known cases of individual hypersensitivity to ingredients contained in onions.
Overdose
No cases of overdose have been reported. No cases of overdose or symptoms accompanying an overdose of ingredients contained in onions have been reported.
