Citrosept Organic Dietary supplement grapefruit extract 50 ml

The grapefruit extract contained in Citrosept Organic was created in an extraction process patented by Cintamani Poland. Thanks to the technology used, it contains many natural ingredients derived from grapefruit, classified as bioflavonoids.

The project "Development of an innovative grapefruit extract" was co-financed by European Funds.

"Grapefruit" (English grapefruit; "Citrus paradisi") - a species of evergreen plant from the Rutaceae family. Grapefruits are probably hybrids of the giant orange ("Citrus maxima") from the Malay Archipelago with the Chinese orange ("Citrus sinensis"). Chinese oranges are probably also crosses, although much earlier, of these giant oranges with mandarins ("Citrus reticulata").

Grapefruits were imported and settled on the island of Barbados in the 17th century by Captain James Shaddock. The Caribbean Sea region became the main area for their cultivation.

Currently, the plant is cultivated in many countries in the subtropical zone (including the USA: Florida, California). It yields approximately 300 tons per hectare.

Citrosept Organic is made from grapefruits coming exclusively from certified, organic crops.

Vitamin C contained in the daily portion of the product helps in the proper functioning of the immune system, contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue and weariness, and helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
