1 Claims for non-conformity of the Product with the contract:

The basis and scope of the Seller's liability to the Customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) for non-compliance of the Product with the contract are defined by the Act on Special Terms of Consumer Sales and Amendments to the Civil Code of July 27, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).

Notification of non-compliance of the Product with the agreement and filing an appropriate request can be made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address apteka@iapteka1.pl or in writing to the address of the Seller (ul. Galileusza 8; 60-159 Poznań).When it is necessary to assess the non-compliance of the Product with the agreement it should be delivered to the address of the Seller (ul. Galileusza 8; 60-159 Poznań).

The Seller shall respond to the Customer's request immediately, no later than within 10 days. The response to the complaint shall be sent to the address provided by the Customer or in any other manner provided by the Customer.

In the case of Products also covered by warranty, the Seller informs that the warranty for sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the Buyer resulting from non-compliance of the goods with the contract.

(2) Warranty claims:

Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended), the Seller's liability under warranty for the Product is excluded against the Customer who is not also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended).

3 Complaints related to the provision of electronic services by the Internet Pharmacy:

Complaints related to the provision of services electronically through the Internet Pharmacy may be submitted by the Customer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address apteka@zdrowieapteka.pl.pl or by using the contact form located in the Contact tab on the Internet Pharmacy website.

It is recommended to provide in the above e-mail message as much information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of occurrence of irregularities and contact details - this will facilitate and accelerate the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.

Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider shall take place immediately, no later than within 10 days.

The Service Provider's response to the complaint shall be sent to the Client's e-mail address provided in the complaint notification or in any other manner provided by the Client.

(4) Complaints for failure to perform or improper performance of payment processing:

Complaints about the non-performance or improper performance of payment processing should be addressed to the relevant payment agent directly to the e-mail address, using the contact form or by telephone - in accordance with the regulations for the provision of electronic payment services of the relevant payment agent:
