This medicinal product contains 200 mg of alcohol (ethanol) in every 5 g of paste.The amount of alcohol in each 5 g of paste is equivalent to 5 ml of beer or 2 ml of wine. The product contains ethyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 214), which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed reactions). This product contains very small amounts of gluten (derived from wheat starch) and is described as "gluten-free". Therefore, it is very unlikely to cause any problems in patients with celiac disease. 5 g of paste contains no more than 15 micrograms of gluten. The product should not be used by patients with wheat allergy (other than celiac disease).
