Storage and use
Directions for use: adults: 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for health. The daily intake of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate should be less than 800 mg.
