ZABAK® are eye drops in the form of a solution, without preservatives, containing ketotifen, which is an anti-allergic agent. ZABAK® is a medicinal product dispensed without a doctor's prescription (OTC).
ZABAK® is used to treat the symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.
The most common symptoms of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis are intense itching in both eyes accompanied by redness, swelling, excessive tearing, conjunctival edema and sensitivity to light. These symptoms are recurrent and begin with the beginning of the pollen season. Seasonal allergic conjunctivitis may also be associated with other hay fever symptoms, such as rhinitis.
ZABAK® can be used even during breastfeeding and in children over 3 years of age.

Storage and use
Dosage:
Adults, elderly, children over 3 years of age
The recommended dose is 1 drop in the affected eye or eyes twice a day (morning and evening).
ZABAK can be used during breastfeeding.
Administration method:
Do not inject, do not swallow.
This medicine is intended for administration into the eye (ocular administration).
Before first use, remove the first 5 drops.
Then, each time you use the product:
- Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product.
- To avoid contamination of the drops, do not touch the eye, eyelids or other surfaces with the tip of the dropper.
- Instill 1 drop into the eye(s) while looking up and slightly pulling the lower eyelid down.
- Close your eyelid and gently press the inner corner of your eye with your index finger for 1-2 minutes.This will help prevent the medicine from spreading throughout your body.
- Close the bottle after use.
If it is necessary to use another eye medicine simultaneously with ZABAK, wait at least 5 minutes between subsequent instillations.
