1. Complaints for non-compliance with the agreement of the Product:
Basis and responsibility of the Seller to the Customer who is also a consumer within the meaning of art. 22  of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (OJ No 16, pos. 93 as amended.) For non-compliance of the Product of the contract are specified in the Act on special conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code of 27 July 2002 (OJ No 141, pos. in 1176, as amended.).
