Aspargin Aspargin Form: table Dose: 0.017g+0.054g Packaging: 50 tablets. Composition:  Magnesium hydrogen aspartate 250 mg Potassium hydrogen aspartate 250 mg Action:  Easily digestible drug supplementing magnesium and potassium deficiencies Aspargin, 1 tablet contains: 17 mg of magnesium ions in the form of 250 mg of magnesium hydrogen aspartate (Magnesia hydroaspartas) and 54 mg of potassium ions in the form of 250 mg of potassium hydrogen aspartate (Kalii hydroaspartas). The medicinal product contains 53 mg of sucrose per tablet. For the full list of excipients, see section 6.1.

Indications for use

Supplementing magnesium and potassium deficiency: in case of arrhythmias and hyperactivity of the heart, especially due to magnesium and potassium deficiency, prophylactically in ischemic heart disease, at risk of heart attack, in post-infarction recovery, after infectious diseases or surgical procedures resulting in loss of magnesium and potassium, as a drug to counteract the undesirable effects of long-term use of cardiac glycosides and diuretics (e.g. thiazides, furosemide).

The medicinal product is intended for patients over 12 years of age.

 

Contraindications:

- renal failure - myasthenia gravis - antibiotic therapy - hypermagnesemia - atrioventricular block Dosage: 2-6 tablets after meals in two divided doses
