- adolescents over 11 years of age and adults - 1 to 2 servings (1000--2000 IU) daily, directly into the mouth or with a meal, depending on body weight and vitamin D supply in the diet, all year round¹.

¹ In healthy children and adults who spend at least 15 minutes in the sun with exposed forearms and lower legs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. without sunscreen in the period from May to September, supplementation is not necessary, although it is still recommended and safe.
