Always follow proper preparation instructions. Before you start preparing a meal for your child, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the utensils you will use are clean.
Step 1
Prepare 200 ml of formula milk according to the recipe on the package and cool to a temperature of approx. 40°C.
Step 2
Slowly pour 20 g of gruel (5 tablespoons) into the milk.
Step 3
Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained. Wait a while until the gruel thickens.
Step 4
Check the temperature. Give the prepared gruel to the child or let him try eating it himself with a spoon.
Do not re-feed leftovers.
