The use of cryoprotection technology (Cryo-Protection) protects probiotic bacteria against mechanical and thermal stress during the production and storage of the product and against the effects of gastric juice and bile. This enables their better adaptation and survival in the intestinal lumen and maintaining high biological activity. The nutrient Actilight contained in the Ostonka Gastro synbiotic (fructo-oligosaccharides) constitutes a specific medium necessary for the development of probiotic bacteria contained in the preparation, enabling them to multiply faster in the digestive tract. The Actilight prebiotic used is only slightly digested in the small intestine and reaches the colon in 95%.
