Oral use.

To relieve acute diarrhea. Adults, elderly and adolescents over 12 years of age: Initially take 2 capsules, then 1 capsule after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 6 capsules in 24 hours.
The drug is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take this medicine for longer than 48 hours unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
Storage: Store at ambient temperature

Do not take this medicine if you have:
- acute megacolon (acute toxic colitis with megacolon),
- bowel obstruction.
You should not take this medicine if you have persistent stomach pain, a high fever and/or your stools contain mucus and/or blood.
You should not take this medicine if you have bacterial enteritis or severe inflammation of the intestines (e.g. ulcerative colitis or pseudomembranous colitis).
