Calendula ointment is recommended for the treatment of skin inflammation, blemishes and scratches. It can be successfully used to relieve sunburn and frostbite. Thanks to its unique properties, marigold has antibacterial properties, protects inflamed areas and accelerates the wound healing process. Additionally, orange dyes called carotenoids act as provitamin A, which normalizes the exfoliation of the epidermis and accelerates its regeneration.
