Preparation suggestion:
Pour 3/4 cup of warm water over 1 tablespoon of linseed. Wait a few minutes, stirring frequently. Drink 2-3 times a day. Linseed can also be ground before pouring water. Gruel prepared from ground linseed can be eaten with milk or yogurt. Ground linseed can also be added to soups, bread, sauces, breakfast cereals and a paste prepared on the basis of linseed oil and white cheese.

Attention! Linseed should be freshly ground just before adding it to dishes.
