Skrzypolen is a dietary supplement whose ingredients help maintain the healthy appearance of skin, hair and nails¹. This product is a combination of, among others: plant extract of horsetail (Equisetum arvense) and ground flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum). Additionally, it contains biotin and zinc, as well as sulfur amino acids: taurine and L-methionine.
Biotin helps maintain healthy hair and skin. It contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of macronutrients and energy metabolism.
Horsetail supports remineralization processes in the body.
The taurine and L-methionine contained in the preparation belong to the group of sulfur amino acids. Sulfur amino acids are necessary for the formation of the proper structure of keratin, which is a protein naturally occurring in the skin, hair, eyelashes and nails.
