Storage and use
Dosage: Apply a small amount of gel (about 5 cm of a squeezed strip) to painful areas 4 to 5 times a day, rubbing gently until the gel is completely absorbed. The gel should be applied to cleansed, dry skin. The medicine should not be used for longer than 7 days without consulting your doctor.
