Rectal administration ensures that the correct dose of the drug is adjusted, and in case of vomiting it is the best route of administration. Paracetamol Farmina has analgesic and antipyretic effects, does not irritate the stomach, in the recommended doses is a very safe drug. It should be used for high temperature, colds and after vaccinations.

Indications: pain and fever of various origins, such as teething, after vaccinations. Symptomatic treatment of flu-like conditions and the common cold.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to the active substance or to the excipient (solid fat). Severe renal and/or hepatic insufficiency.

1 suppository contains the active substance: 500 mg of paracetamol, solid fat.

Dosage: the drug Paracetamol Farmina, 500 mg, suppositories is intended for rectal administration. Adults and children weighing more than 50 kg: 1 to 2 suppositories every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 4 g per day, taking into account all drugs containing paracetamol.

The drug should be used per child's body weight, the approximate age of the child is given as a general guideline. A single dose of 10 to 15 mg of paracetamol per kg of the child's body weight is recommended. The maximum dose is 60 mg of paracetamol per kg of child's body weight per day. From 33.3 kg to 50 kg (from about 10 to13 years) - 1 suppository 3 to 4 times a day. Use no more often than every 4 hours.
