Description

Posterisan® is a unique over-the-counter treatment for hemorrhoids with the formula of  Escherichia coli  BCS.

It affects local tissue regeneration and wound healing, eliminates itching and burning, enables long-term therapy, for use in the prevention of hemorrhoidal disease, and prevents disease recurrence.

Indications

• itching,
• oozing and burning in the anal area caused by hemorrhoids, fissures and clefts (ragadas) of the anus, and eczema.

Composition

1 g of Posterisan® ointment contains 166.7 mg of a standardized bacterial culture suspension of Escherichia coli.

Using

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Posterisan® ointment should be applied twice a day, morning and evening, preferably after a bowel movement.
