Intended use: Aurovitas sleep is intended for adults, women and men.
Recommended intake: 1 tablet once a day shortly before going to bed. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. In the case of time zone changes, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at the destination. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important to maintain good health.
