In case of inflammation and allergies of the upper respiratory tract, it can be used for inhalation at home. As a preventive measure: 3 times a day 1 glass of water (can be slightly warmed) about half an hour before a meal. Attention! It is not recommended to eat raw fruit and vegetables an hour before drinking water.
