Before sun exposure, apply an appropriate amount of the product to exposed areas, for example a teaspoon-sized amount for the face and neck. A smaller amount will significantly reduce the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling. Even with an adequate level of protection, sun exposure should be limited as much as possible.
