Description
Treats lower urinary tract infections! Now available without a prescription. Composition: 1 tablet contains 50 mg of furaginum (Furaginum). Excipient: each tablet contains 13.75 mg of sucrose. Indications for use: Lower urinary tract infection. Dosage: Adults: First day of treatment: 100 mg (2 tablets) 4 times a day; next days: 100 mg (2 tablets) 3 times a day. Children and adolescents: The medicinal product should not be used in children and adolescents. Method of administration: The uroFuraginum medicinal product should be taken orally with meals containing protein, which increases the bioavailability of nitrofuran derivatives. The drug is used for 7-8 days. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated after 10-15 days. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to nitrofuran derivatives or any of the excipients. In the first trimester of pregnancy. During full-term pregnancy (from week 38) and childbirth, due to the risk of hemolytic anemia in the newborn. In children up to 3 months of age. Renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 60 ml/min or increased serum creatinine concentration). Diagnosed polyneuropathy, e.g. diabetic. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
