Zinc deficiency if it cannot be compensated by a varied diet.DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION Zincas forte
Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: 1 tablet daily. Oral administration. It should be taken after a meal with water. Zincas Forte should not be taken for longer than 30 days without consulting a doctor.CONTRAINDICATIONS Zincas forte
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients (potato starch, sucrose, talc, magnesium stearate, dextrin, sodium carboxymethyl starch type C, microcrystalline cellulose). Do not use in renal failure.SPECIAL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR THE USE OF Zincas forte
The medicinal product administered in doses higher than recommended may have a laxative effect. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance,glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency should not take the medicinal product.
SIDE EFFECTS of Zincas forte
Not reported at recommended dosage. Larger doses of zinc compounds may cause gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea), metallic taste in the mouth, headache. Long-term use may lead to copper deficiency and anemia.
