Description

Espumisan 25 capsules NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT: ESPUMISAN, 40 mg, capsules QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION: Each capsule contains 40 mg of simethicone ( Simeticonum) . Excipients with known effect: methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) 0.28 mg, sunset yellow FCF (E 110) 0.002 mg. PHARMACEUTICAL FORM: gelatin capsules, almost round, yellow, soft, with a smooth surface and visible joint. The contents of the capsules are colorless and may be slightly cloudy.

Espumisan -  INDICATIONS FOR USE

in the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal problems related to the accumulation of gases, e.g. flatulence; in case of increased gas formation in the postoperative period; as an aid in diagnostic tests of the abdominal area, e.g. radiological and ultrasound tests and gastroscopy. Espumisan is indicated for use in children over 6 years of age, adolescents and adults.

Espumisan - Dosage

Espumisan can be taken during or after meals, and if necessary, also at bedtime.
Espumisan should be taken as long as symptoms persist. If necessary, Espumisan can be taken for a longer period of time.

Espumisan - CONTRAINDICATIONS

Nhypersensitivity to the active substance, sunset yellow FCF ( E 110), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) or any of the excipients.
